I Must Be Doing Something Right!!

I must be doing something right.  Even though this Blog has my legal Name and my profile Picture, allegations are unfolding about this Blogger in defense of an Airman that has been deemed an abuser by his own Employing branch of the military, where a judge adamantly refuses to look at the black and white evidence.  Because I reported his violations, he tasked his lawyer with disparaging his ex with more falsities and willful misrepresentations to a court of law, thereby violating his BAR ethics and principles as an attorney.

Jude Egan, Attorney at Law, California, has now lied to a court of law, with the intent to deceive no less, stating my blog belongs to someone else amongst other allegations.

Did you know that according to Jude Egan, this Blog asks for money (LIES) to pay for someone’s lawyer?

Which is it?  This blog isn’t mine OR this blog is a facade to pay for someone’s private lawyer?  Can’t have your cake and eat it too, especially when all parties in the court room have seen me in person and know who I am.I am a witness that sinks his client’s case of lies.

Funny, not one thing was mentioned stating this Blog had anything written that was false.

NOTHING IN MY BLOG IS FALSE, and nothing has been disputed,  but what is truth is what I can show about Jude Egan.  Disputing the ownership of this blog is the only dispute made.  Ironically, they do not dispute the facts presented.

This man declares he fights to defend and represent victims of Domestic Violence.  Based on what I have seen with my own eyes outside the court room (and I have pictures outside court to show I was physically present outside) that he bullies his own spanish speaking helpless clients who survived years of abuse to “give everything to her husband” knowing and telling her to just walk away from over 20 yrs of abuse and marriage and have nothing and give him everything.  This happened in October 2017.

He failed his own client before the one and only Judge Staffel, who is determined to label all DV Victims, especially the worst cases of abuse, as liars and dangers to others.

Two major cases involved Jude Egan who happens to leave behind clients who end up dead with his failed representation.  His own Facebook Page declares he fights Domestic Violence in honor of his wife, who appears to be from a Syrian background.  I pay homage to his wife for having endured such horrors if that is true.  However, Jude Egan appears to leave behind women  killed after poorly representing his clients to an over zealous judge quick to label all DV victims liars and deny them protection even when evidence can be shown that says a history of violence or harassment and stalking can be demonstrated with clear and convincing evidence, in addition to preponderance as can be required by the Domestic Violence Protection Act of California.

You read that correctly- this lawyer  portrays the I’m so sorry card but I have personally witnessed this man drag a true victim through the mud with slander, defamation and disparaging remarks all for the sake of wanting the court to deny subpoenas to authorities that could prove with physical evidence that his own client was an abuserJ and had a long history of abuse that someone finally had the courage to leave once and for all.  The co-conspirator? The US Air Force for providing so much red tape that an abuse victim is procluding from receiving the reports that documented abuse on or off base.  I have seen this man fail his clients almost entirely on purpose to drag out the process- at least that’s the perception his actions gave me and many others present in the room.

This Attorney has now engaged in Third Party Harassment of a Military Abuse Victim, who is protected under VWAP, the Victim Witness Assistance Program, in addition to Military Protective Orders in place, while under the guise of being “opposing counsel”.

I don’t need to label anyone.  The stories speak for themselves.  The articles above are not the only true victims that ended up dead. I think “Representation in Domestic Violence” should be replaced with “I will diligently attack your ex in an allegation of abuse”. This is the resume he leaves behind although there has been a rarity of positive result in his past.   I won’t minimize that he could possibly be a good lawyer- at attacking people like a shark.  However it is in my opinion because I have seen the way he works firsthand, that he is the shark everyone should be turning in.  His record is clearly riddled with corruption, self written statements of willful perjury, violations of process, and willfully violating even judges in hopes to avoid truth from being heard.

Sure, everyone should have the right to an attorney- Absolutely I believe that to the core.  In my honest opinion, this type of dirtbag attorney is the one kind of attorney that should be ran out of business and ousted from practicing law at all.

When a Lawyer knows things to be false and willfully presents them anyway, that is a violation of their terms of “Law Practice”.
